Bristol's Recovery Festival started in 2013 and has been growing from strength to strength each year.
The Recovery Festival was established as a free event, to bring people together from recovery communities across the South West, along with local peer-led communities and alcohol and drug treatment service providers.
The day is packed with entertainment which showcases and celebrates the achievements of people's successes and their talents.
The day involves people in recovery sharing their experience, strengths and hopes on how they recovered from addiction, and making visible their recovery to the wider community and those in need of support.

"having a Recovery Festival to bring people together is the most important thing really because its about people. Recovery is a people thing."
